About the event
This class is a 1 week, two session course on Tuesday and Thursday. Join this class to gain the basic knowledge of wheel throwing. During class one students will be introduced to centering, opening, and pulling up your pot. During class two, students will learn how to trim 1-2* of their favorite pieces from the first class. Those pieces will be fired and dipped in clear glaze by our talented staff. When your pottery is ready to pick up, we will give you a call!
*Ceramics can be unpredictable and pieces can get damaged during the firing process. If that happens we will have similar cylidrical pots ready so that you still get to walk out with a ceramic pot.*
